Meet our makers
It all began with a love for creating in the 1980s. Our talented in-house team keeps that passion alive, crafting custom curtains, blinds, lampshades, cushions and upholstery in our Hornsby workshops. The team blend skill and creativity to make your space truly yours.

John Halpin & Liza Tazewell
FOUNDERS
John, our master upholsterer, started in the U.K. in the ‘80s making disability furniture, where he honed custom design, comfort, and durability. He went on to tackle prestigious projects, like refurbishing the iconic Harrods of Knightsbridge London Tea Rooms and upholstering private jets in Switzerland.
Liza, with her artistic flair from Central Saint Martins, opened her first curtain workroom in London in 1997 after earning a Professional Curtain Making and Soft Furnishings diploma from the National Design Academy U.K.
For nealy 30 years, they've been transforming fabric into stunning furnishings for customers
