If your products are faulty or damaged, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or a full refund.

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, we may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and returned within 14 days with proof of purchase.

Custom-made products are not eligible for return unless faulty.

​

We do not accept returns for misuse, wear and tear, or damage caused after installation.
